Social Opportunities
- Offer individual one to one support to people experiencing enduring mental health problems who find it difficult to fully engage in social activities.
- Offer opportunities for respite for carers, typically up to three hours per week.
- Sometimes we may meet as a group.
- The choice of activity is up to the person to decide.
User Participation
- Offer individuals experiencing enduring mental health problems the opportunity to meet with others socially.
- We organise trips, pub nights and discos etc.
- We hold social clubs on Tuesdays & Thursdays [10am - 2pm].
- We help people start their own self-help groups and clubs.
- We have a swimming club.
