Supported Acommodation

Since 1990, Vale of Clwyd Mind has been providing Supported housing for residents of Denbighshire with severe mental health problems.

We work closely with the local Housing Associations, Clwyd Alyn and Cymdeithas Tai Clwyd and also the local community mental health teams.

We rely on close partnerships with the Local Health Board and Denbighshire County Council (Supporting People) for funding
